  • nominate an occupation on the Medium & Long Term Strategic List (MLTSSL).
     

The points test applies to the following skilled visas:
 

• Regional Sponsored Visa;

• Skilled Independent Visa;

• Skilled Sponsored Visa; and,

• Skilled Regional Sponsored Visa
